Freedom - Part 7 - Two type of freedoms. Freedom of slavery and slavery of freedom. People mistake One for other.

There are two type of freedoms.

People happen to mistake

One for other.

Freedom of slavery.

And slavery of freedom.

Different like

Drowning and swimming.

Flying and falling.

In freedom of slavery,

One is:

Totally free,

But only to be engaged,

To be more and more

Consuming and depending,

And to identify himself only with

External possession or power.

He can’t stand alone

Without being engaged,

Without being dependent

And without identifying him with

External possession and power.

He can’t face himself, time and life

Except with a cover of engagement

Or external possession or power.

He can’t identify life and time

Without the protection of

Possession and position,

Engagement or his nature of being busy.

He can’t be calm

In any state which he happens to be in.

So, he would dress life and time

With all sorts of decorating covers

For which he will have to be

Purposeful and hardworking.

Their freedom is the freedom

To be engaged and to be possessive only.
