In all the three worlds,
World of thinking and spelling,
World of spelled letters journey
Searching for its seekers and listeners
And the world inside those who listen and hear,
Life is same. Burnt and earned.

God and truth is in one's conviction,
Like life in one’s experience and practice.
Not in one’s imitations and blind following
Just for compulsion and fear.
One cannot know, one has not to know
How others believe and think about God and truth.
It is purely a private affair.
It is purely a creative side of a man.
In conviction, one is alone.
In imitation, and when compelled to follow,
One may be with many, but only as a prisoner.

We have a very defined way in
Looking at children's education.
To make them engineers or doctors.
Or professor or a clerk.
To fulfill the unfulfilled dreams and plans
Of parents.
Just by imitating or being compelled.

But, we can have many other ways too.
We can even convert ones’ play
Into their work or job.
Wouldn’t that be far better an idea
Than trying to convert some strange job or work,
Under some unwise commands of someone stranger,
To a play?
Play and matter of serious nature (in life)
Has to go hand in hand.
Especially when life itself is both
A great play and a serious matter together.

It is for silly things of life to happen smoothly
The so-thought to be serious things are done.
Play and so-thought to be serious things in life
Should go hand in hand.
One supplementing and complimenting the other.
One without attacking and destroying the other.
Neither the sea nor the shore should swallow the other.
Especially if our children are good,
By their nature, without being compelled,
In their studies too.

Since our children are so small,
We can't make any word,
Neither about their studies nor about their play.
However, it would be wrong from our side
To explore and try for mangoes on jack-fruit trees.
One has to go by their children’s inborn talent and interest.
Parents shouldn’t be for cultivating
Their unfulfilled and misguided imaginations and dreams
In their children's life.
Children shouldn’t be for them the tools to fulfill
Their unfulfilled dreams and plans.
Flight of future shouldn’t be a stick in the hands of past.
Future shouldn’t be dictated or obstructed from the graveyards
With its misguided and unfulfilled dreams.

Even when thinking in this direction, in this way,
We can't make a word.
Because ours will be only a humble start and attempt,
Result of which is dependent on many other factors too,
Especially if the whole world go other way round.
But we can be at least happy in ensuring that,
It is in pursuit of our children’s skill and their genuine interest,
As it is shown as of now, we are moving and letting them.

We will have to take a different path and step,
If we are really convinced of it.
And that won’t be to deny our children of their right
To know and live in the paths ordained by the society
If they wish so, by their own.
Somewhere, here and there, with no compulsions,
We have to make sure that they are familiar with
And are not alien or in enmity with society around them.
That they know how to go with society smoothly.
That they will not be behind
In terms of reading and understanding
What is prevalent in the society.
But uninfluenced to an extend of other elements
For which the society and its institutions will try.
So, with conviction,
We can try to take a different path
Of novelty and change.
But without imitation and compulsion.

One’s life's greatness is (has to be) measured
By the enjoyment he gets in it.
By the conviction he has in it.
By the harmony he feels in it.
Never by looking at the position he is in
Cutting the wings of enjoyments and
Carrying big burden of guilt feeling and frictions.

So, with no sham claims, we can be,
From cricket to Quran.
Our subject is
About taking the step and path of conviction
Than that of imitations and compulsions.
God and truth is in one's conviction,
Not in imitations and blind following
Just for being compelled and fearing.
In your conviction, you are alone.
In your imitation and compelled behaviors
You may be with many, but as a prisoner.
This difference you will have to face and withstand.
