If it is not intolerant of other faiths,
If it is a faith for further seeking,
If it can accommodate others view points and faith
As equally true and right,
If it can understand and accept that
The same can’t be the root and flight
For different passengers
In Dubai and Washington
To reach India or anywhere,
And if it does not reject others'
Paths and ships
Considering those are not
Paths and ships
And people in those ships and paths are
Destined to drown only.
At least it has to understand
That the one in India or anywhere
(Destination point of those in Dubai and Washington)
Doesn’t have to
Take the path and flight of those
Who are in Dubai and Washington
To reach India or anywhere (destination point).
Hence, no imposition.

True,
Spiritual Islam has nothing to do
With the extremism and terrorism.
It is a path, among many,
Of seeking and meeting.
It was really great when it could say
“There is no God, But God”.
It was again great
When it could say to all,
Not to make any final conclusion,
But to seek the truth
17 times every day.

But it was wrong,
When political Islam claimed,
To strengthen its political hold and ground,
That it is the only final conclusion
And it is the only one and final truth
And no other truth can come
From different perspectives and directions,
Or with any modification
Or in a more digestible form
And there can’t come any one again
To talk truth
After Mohammed,
Considering Mohammed as the last.

Here comes the extremism and terrorism
Oriented in faith,
Preached in faith
And caused by the faith.
Not on cause material.

So, here comes the chance of using
These believers
By any interested groups,
Be it, political, underworld, business.

What do you see as political Islam,
The Islam made up by the political setup
That Islam happen to set up by chance,
And as established by politics and political Islam,
Can’t accept other faiths and ideologies
As (equally) right and true.

This poitical and politicized Islam
Would try to say that
There is only one right path
And system of life
And the whole world has to be
Politically and socially set in accordance with
Its faith, ideology and book.
