The path by which Indian fascists become devils.

“Jinn” means that which is hidden (unseen).

In that sense, the devil — even as an angel — may be counted among the jinn. While still being an angel.

It was to the angels that God gave the command to bow before Adam, who stood foremost by virtue of knowledge.

“The moment We commanded the angels: Prostrate before Adam.”

The angel who became the devil was the one who, consumed by despair at Adam’s growth and rise — despair that bred envy and arrogance — justified those feelings and defied that command.

The meaning: despair, envy, and arrogance can turn anyone into a devil.

In one sense, this is what is happening to Indian fascists.

In another sense, this is what Indian fascists are making happen in despairing people.

The path by which Indian fascists become devils. The path by which Iblis became Iblis.
