ശരിതെറ്റുകളെ നോക്കിയും നീതിബോധം മുൻനിർത്തിയും ആയിരിക്കില്ല. 

പീഡിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും മുസ്‌ലിം പേരുള്ളവരാണെങ്കിൽ എല്ലാം ശരിയെന്നതായിരിക്കും ആഭ്യന്തരനയവും വിദേശനയവും.

യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ നമ്മെ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും മനസ്സിലാക്കാനാവുമോ?

ആരുടെയൊക്കെയോ നമ്മേക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മനസ്സിലാക്കലാണോ നമ്മെ നമ്മളാക്കുന്നത്? 

അല്ല.

നമ്മേക്കുറിച്ച് മറ്റുള്ളവരിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന മനസ്സിലാക്കലിനെ ഒരു പ്രതിഷ്ഠയാക്കി നിലനിർത്തുക നമുക്ക് ബാധ്യതയോ?

അല്ല.

നമ്മേക്കുറിച്ച് മറ്റുള്ളവരിൽ ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന നമ്മെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മനസ്സിലാക്കലായ ആ പ്രതിഷ്ഠയെ നിലനിർത്താൻ വേണ്ടി നടത്തുന്ന പൂജയും ചുറ്റലുമാണോ ജീവതം?

ആ നിലക്ക് നമ്മെക്കുറിച്ച് ആരോ എന്തോ മനസ്സിലാക്കണമെന്ന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചുള്ള സ്ഥിരമായ അഭിനയമാണോ ജിവിതം?

അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ നാം നടത്തിയെന്നും അവർ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെന്നും പറയുന്ന നമ്മെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മനസ്സിലാക്കലായ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ ഇല്ലാത്തതാണ്.

നമ്മെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള മനസ്സിലാക്കലായ പ്രതിഷ്ഠയെ പരിപാലിക്കാനും പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്താനും നടത്തുന്ന പൂജകളും നടന്നുചുറ്റലുമായ സർവ്വവിധ അഭിനയപ്രവൃത്തികളും വെറും വെറുതെയാണ്

മുസ്ലിംകൾ മുസ്‌ലിംകൾക്ക് വേണ്ടി, പള്ളി പരിപാലനത്തിന് വേണ്ടി സ്വയം പ്രാദേശികമായും വ്യക്തിപരമായും മാറ്റിവെക്കുന്ന സ്വത്തും സമ്പത്തും മാത്രമാണ് വഖഫ് സ്വത്തുക്കൾ. 

വഖഫ് എന്ന വാക്കിനർത്ഥം നിർത്തുക, ഒഴിച്ചുനിർത്തുക, മാറ്റിനിർത്തുക എന്നതൊക്കെയാണ്.

അവരുടേതായ ശരിയും തെറ്റും അതിനുള്ള അളവുകോലുകളും കല്പനകളും ഉള്ളവരാണ് അവർ. 

അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ എന്തും എങ്ങനേയും അവരുടെമേൽ ആരോപിച്ച് പറയുന്നതിൽ കാര്യമില്ല. 

ശരിയുടെ പക്ഷത്ത് നിന്ന്, ശരി ആരുടെ പക്ഷത്താണെങ്കിലും പറയണമല്ലോ?

പലരെയും ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ ഏതോ പാഠം കേട്ട് എന്തോ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 

പലരെയും എങ്ങനെയൊക്കെയോ ആരൊക്കെയോ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

അത്തരം പാഠങ്ങൾ തന്നെയാണ് ഇവിടെ വിഷം നിറക്കുന്നത്. വെറുപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്.

പ്രതിരോധപരമായി ആക്രമിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നവരോ ഭീകരവാദികൾ?

സ്വന്തം നാടിൻ്റെ മോചനത്തിന് വേണ്ടി പ്രതിരോധപരമായി ആക്രമിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നവരെ ഭീകരവാദികൾ എന്ന് അധിനിവേശ ശക്തികളും അതിൻ്റെ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളും പറയുന്നത് തന്നെ താങ്കൾ പറയുന്നത് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്താണ് തിരിച്ചുപറയുക?

ഇന്ത്യൻ സ്വതന്ത്ര സമരസേനാനികളും ഇക്കോലത്തിൽ ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാരുടെ മുന്നിൽ തീവ്രവാദികളും ഭീകരവാദികളും തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. 

അപ്പോഴും അധിനിവേശക്കാരായ ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാരുടെ കൂടെയായിരുന്നു പലരും നിന്നത്. 

അതിൻ്റെ പ്രത്യുപകരാമാണ് ഇന്ത്യ മുഴുക്കെയും എല്ലാ നഗരങ്ങളിലും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും കണ്ണായ വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളും, അതിലെ ആരാധനാലയങ്ങളും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും ആതുരാലയങ്ങളും. 

അതേ സമയം ഇസ്രായേൽ എന്ന അധിനിവേശശക്തി നടത്തുന്ന കാടത്തരവും കൊടുംക്രൂരതകളും താങ്കളെയും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വലിയൊരു വിഭാഗത്തെയും അല്പവും അസ്വസ്ഥപ്പെടുത്തുന്നുമില്ല. 

അത് രോഗം വേറെ തന്നെയല്ലേ? 

അതിലുമൊരു സുഖവും ലാഭവും ഈ സമൂഹം കണ്ടെത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. 

നിലവിലെ വെറുപ്പിൻ്റെയും വിദ്വേഷത്തിൻ്റെയും വിഭജനത്തിൻ്റെയും മറപിടിച്ച് അധികാരം നേടി നിലനിർത്തുന്ന ഭരണകൂടത്തിൻ്റെ ഓരം ചേർന്നുനിൽക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള മറ്റ് പാരിതോഷികങ്ങൾ വേറെയും പലരും കണ്ടെത്തുന്നു.

ശരിയുടെ പക്ഷം പിടിക്കുന്ന നിഷ്പക്ഷത.

ത്രാസിൻ്റെ സൂചി പോലെ നിൽക്കണം. 

ശരി ഏത് പക്ഷത്താണെങ്കിലും ആ പക്ഷത്തേക്ക് ചായണം. 

അതാണ് നിഷ്പക്ഷത. 

ശരിയുടെ പക്ഷം പിടിക്കുന്ന നിഷ്പക്ഷത.

അല്ലാതെ എപ്പോഴും കണ്ണടച്ച് നിസ്സംഗനായി മധ്യത്തിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നതല്ല നിഷ്പക്ഷത. 

ആക്രമിക്കും ആക്രമിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവനും ഇടയിൽ നിഷ്പക്ഷത എന്നതില്ല. 

അക്രമിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവൻ്റെ കൂടെ നിൽക്കുക എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ് അവിടെ സ്വന്തം മനസ്സാക്ഷിയോടു നീതിപുലർത്തുന്ന നിഷ്പക്ഷത. 

പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും നമ്മുടെ നാട് മൊത്തം ഒരു പ്രത്യേക വിഭാഗത്തോടുള്ള വെറുപ്പിൻ്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയം കയ്യടക്കുമ്പോഴും അതുവെച്ച് മാത്രം അധികാരം നേടുമ്പോഴും നിലനിർത്തുമ്പോഴും.

പ്രീണനം കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് മുസ്‌ലിം പ്രീണനം എന്നാണെങ്കിൽ

പ്രീണനം കൊണ്ട് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് മുസ്‌ലിം പ്രീണനം എന്നാണെങ്കിൽ ഒന്നറിയുക. 

മുസ്ലിംകൾക്ക് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ എവിടെയും ഒന്നും കൂടുതൽ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല, ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ പ്രീണനം നടക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് വെറുപ്പിൻ്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയം പറയുന്നവർ പറയുന്ന ഇങ്ങ് കേരളത്തിൽ പോലും മറ്റ് സമുദായങ്ങളെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് മുസ്ലിംകൾ സർക്കാർ മേഖലകളിൽ നേടിയ പ്രാതിനിധ്യം വളരെ കുറവാണ്. 

കേരളത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം 26 ശതമാനമുള്ള മുസ്‌ലിംകളുടെ എല്ലാ മേഖലകളിലും മൊത്തമുള്ള പ്രാതിനിധ്യം പതിമൂന്ന് ശതമാനത്തിന് താഴെയാണ്. സർക്കാർ രേഖകൾ വെച്ച് തന്നെ ഇത് മനസ്സിലാക്കാം. എംഎൽഎ എംപിമാരുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ വരെ ഇത് ശരിയുമാണ്, തുലനം ചെയ്തുനോക്കാവുന്നതുമാണ്.

മണ്ണും ചാരി നിന്ന് പെണ്ണും കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്ന ഒരു കുറേ വിഭാഗങ്ങളുണ്ട് ഇവിടെ. 

പേട്ടടി കൊള്ളുന്നത് മുസ്ലിംകളും കാര്യം നേടുന്നത് മറ്റുള്ളവരും.

മുസ്ലിംകൾ എന്തെങ്കിലും നേട്ടം കേരളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർ നടത്തുന്ന പ്രവാസം കൊണ്ടും സ്വന്തമായ കച്ചവടസംരംഭങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടും മാത്രമാണ്. അല്ലാതെ സർക്കാർ വകയിലും മേഖലയിലും അവിഹിതമായോ വിഹിതമായോ എന്തെങ്കിലും നൽകിയതും നേടിയതും കൊണ്ടല്ല.

12. Some notes and comments on nutritionists and their work 

nutritionists need to understand that and patients are coming from different food culture with different tastes in food.

Just because nutritionists are truthful in their work won't give any surety and justification to say whatever they do or say are right. 

To be right in their talk and walk, their truthfulness has to be supported by their right knowledge.

That's where our nutritionists mostly go totally wrong even with all their good intentions, sincerity and truthfulness. 

Asking everyone to change the food culture as a whole is a big mistake, especially during chemotherapy when even otherwise patients are unable to eat much because of tastelessness and loss of taste buds due to chemotherapy. 

Nutritionists are also not that much studied, except theoretically, through their limited classes and texts. 

Nutritionists are also with some kinds of orthodoxy and are mostly influenced by the notions filled in the subconscious mind, totally influenced by their birth and circumstances.

That caused big difficulties for no specific known benefits to the patients around.

More than easening the whole affair of chemotherapy and its after effects, their approach was more of complicating the whole affair and more weakening the patients beyond control unnecessarily. 

Basically food culture prior to and after the occurring of osteo sarcoma and the chemotherapy has nothing to do with the occurring of cancer and its treatment. 

The type of food, be it be vegetarian or non vegetarian, is not as such a cause or treatment for the cancer, especially osteo sarcoma.

Any of their work without proper studies and clear-cut knowledge will be more dangerous than it is helpful. 

Doing more work without clear knowledge will be equal to doing minus.

കൂട്ടത്തിലായാൽ എല്ലാം പുറത്തുവരും, അക്രമാസക്തരാവും. 

കൂടെക്കൂടാൻ ഒരു കൂട്ടത്തെ കിട്ടിയാൽ, ശക്തിയും അധികാരവും കൂട്ടിനുണ്ടെന്നായാൽ അവരുടെ ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളും വികാരങ്ങളും പുറത്തുവരും, അവരക്രമാസക്തരാവും.

വ്യക്തിത്വമില്ലാത്തവരുടെ വ്യക്തിത്വവും വിശ്വാസമില്ലാതവരുടെ വിശ്വാസവും കൂട്ടത്തിൽ മാത്രം പുറത്തുവരും. 

നാടിനെ ഭരിക്കുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ഇത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നു.

ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുഖ്യധാരാ രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടിയും അതിൻ്റെ പിൻശക്തിയായി നിൽക്കുന്ന വിഭാഗവും കാര്യമായും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് ഈ നായ്ക്കളെന്ന, നായ്ക്കളെ പോലെ പെരുമാറുന്ന ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളെയും വികാരങ്ങളെയും അസൂയയെയും വെറുപ്പിനെയും വിഭജനചിന്തയെയും. 

ഈ നായ്ക്കളെന്ന, നായ്ക്കളെ പോലെ പെരുമാറുന്ന ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളെയും വികാരങ്ങളെയും അസൂയയെയും വെറുപ്പിനെയും വിഭജനചിന്തയെയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മാത്രം അധികാരം നേടാം, അധികാരം നിലനിർത്താമെന്ന് അവർ തെളിയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു, അതിൻ്റെ സുഖം ആസ്വദിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞു. 

രക്തത്തിൻ്റെയും പച്ചമാംസത്തിൻ്റെയും രുചിയറിഞ്ഞ ഈ നായ്ക്കൾ, നായ്ക്കൾ തന്നെയായ ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളും വികാരങ്ങളും അസൂയയും വെറുപ്പും വിഭജനചിന്തയും ഇനി ആ രുചി കളയാൻ പിൻമാറില്ല.

നായ്ക്കളെന്ന, നായ്ക്കളെ പോലെ പെരുമാറുന്ന ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളെയും വികാരങ്ങളെയും അസൂയയെയും വെറുപ്പിനെയും വിഭജനചിന്തയെയും ഫലവത്താക്കിയ കൂട്ടം എന്ന സംഗതി തെറ്റാതെ പോകാൻ, അവ ഫലവത്തായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് മൂലം മാത്രം അധികാരം നേടിയ, അതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം അധികാരം നിലനിർത്തുന്ന അധികാരശക്തി എങ്ങനേയും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തും.

നായ്ക്കൾ തന്നെയായ ക്ഷുദ്രചിന്തകളും വികാരങ്ങളും അസൂയയും വെറുപ്പും വിഭജനചിന്തയും ഒറ്റക്കാവുമ്പോൾ ഇക്കൂട്ടർ തങ്ങൾ ഇന്നാലിന്ന പാർട്ടിക്കാരാണെന്ന് പറയില്ല. ഐഡൻ്റിറ്റി വ്യക്തമാക്കില്ല. 

കാരണം അവരിലെയും അവരുടെ പാർട്ടിയുടെയും ക്ഷുദ്രത അവർക്ക് തന്നെ ഉള്ളാലെ അറിയാം. 

അഭിമാനപൂർവ്വം പുറത്ത് പറയാൻ കൊള്ളില്ലെന്ന് അവർക്കറിയാം

നെക്സലൈറ്റുകളും കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റുകാരും ഇസ്‌ലാമിസ്റ്റുകളും ഈ ഗണത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലും ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കാണുന്ന ഈ വിഭാഗത്തിൻ്റെ ഗണത്തിൽ വന്നില്ല, വരില്ല. 

കാരണം നെക്സലൈറ്റുകളും കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റുകാരും ഇസ്‌ലാമിസ്റ്റുകളും അവരുൾക്കൊണ്ട ആശയത്തിൻ്റെയും വിശ്വാസത്തിൻ്റെയും പേരിൽ വ്യക്തത ഉള്ളവരായിരുന്നു, അഭിമാനാം കൊണ്ടവരും അത് ലോകത്തിന് മൊത്തം പരിഹാരമെന്ന് ആത്മാർത്ഥമായും കരുതി വിശ്വസിച്ചവരുമായിരുന്നു.

അതിനാൽ തന്നെ നെക്സലൈറ്റുകളും കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റുകാരും ഇസ്‌ലാമിസ്റ്റുകളും ഒറ്റക്കും കൂട്ടത്തിലും അവരുടെ ആശയവും വിശ്വാസവും വ്യക്തിത്വവും ഐഡൻ്റിറ്റിയും കൊണ്ടുനടന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. അധികാര-അധിനിവേശ ശക്തികൾ അവരെ ശത്രുക്കളായി കണ്ട് വേട്ടയാടുന്ന വളരെ ചില അവസരങ്ങളിലൊഴികെ. 

വിശ്വാസികളായ ഇസ്ലാമിസ്റ്റുകൾ അധികാര-അധിനിവേശ ശക്തികളുടെ മുമ്പിലും ആശയവും വ്യക്തിത്വവും ഐഡൻ്റിറ്റിയും വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. 

അധികാരത്തിൻ്റെ അപ്പക്കഷണത്തിന് വേണ്ടി വിശ്വാസം പണയം വെക്കാൻ തോന്നേണ്ടിവരാത്തത്രയും ശക്തമായിരുന്നു, വ്യക്തതയുള്ളതായിരുന്നു ഇസ്‌ലാമിസ്റ്റുകളുടെ ദൈവവിശ്വാസവും സ്വർഗ്ഗനരകവിശ്വാസവും എന്നതിനാൽ.

Part 4. Department of pho, KMC Manipal.

Roots are unknown and unseen. 

Roots run deep down in the unknown and unnoticed world.

The branches are there in high skies bearing the flowers and fruits of fame and name just because the roots run and work down unknown and unnoticed.

That is how the sisters of the department of pho and akkaas and even the security workers in the hospital.

10. Among them, comes first Ms Anitha and Ms Revathi in phopd.

These two were the ones working from behind, facilitating everything in the maximum easiest way. The two bridging the patients to the doctors and hospital 

In getting the appointments and rooms booked they gave best of them, especially Ms Anitha.

Very much loving and considerate they seemed always and throughout towards all the patients coming there. Silently they work expecting nothing special in return.

11. Nutritionists (Ms. Kritika (Ms. Moneesha by very late)

Nutritionists were very good and sincere by all means. They do their best for nothing in return, for no reward or benefit from us.

11. Nurses in the wards, especially SM 8 and SF 5:

The same goes with the nurses in SM 8 and SF 5. Very sincere ABD dedicated all the nurses therein.

To mention names of some of them. Ms Sadarama, Ms Reshma, Ms Swetha, Ms Sangeetha ( Sangeetha is not there in SM 8 now, transferred), Ms Pushpa, Ms Radhika, Ms Anusha, Ms Pearl, Ms Soumya, Ms spandana. All from SM 8.

 Ms Ana, Ms Jyothi and Ms Swaathi from SF 5.

All were so good and very much punctual and dedicated in following everything related to the patients.

What we felt was that the work load given to the nurses is unimaginably high and heavy. 

The ratio of 30 patients to 3 nurses is not at all logical. Especially in cancer wards. Especially when it is only the case of the serious nature of cancer, including the cancer cases of children. 

What is more shocking is these three nurses given to thirteen patients in the ward are also supposed to change and set bedsheets of patients even.

Part 3. Department of PHO, KMC, Manipal .

A body without soul (life) is non-living, dead. 

Such a body will not remain even as a body. 

It will start decomposing and disintegrating itself and will become a no-body and no- thing.

That is how any house and department too is and will be. 

Living soul or life giving soul (life) should be therein to make anything existing, living and to be existing or living.

Hence, and thus the department of PHO too. 

Without the doctors as its soul (life) in it, the body department of PHO is and will be non-existent.

It is by using the doctors as its wings and vision, its and spirit the body department of PHO is flying and proving its significance and existence.

So, the head first, in front, ahead. 

To lead the whole body with it and behind it with a vision and version a head first.

1. Dr Vasudev Bhat. 

The head.

Nothing to say in words. 

Words all fail. 

As his name Vasudev means he resides in and he shines in and out.

Words becomes only our effort to express what all we really experience and feel in our day to day life, but always we fail as the words are not enough and as not sufficient.

Dr Vasudev has been throughout an embodiment of dedication with great humility and down to earth approach. 

A humble man, but with great clarity. 

Clarity makes anyone to be really humble.

Dr Vasudev Bhat, a man talking always in low voice and volume (totally opposite to me), is also never complicating, never technicalizing and never formalizing.

Wherever he be, be on his leave or on vacation or on a foreign trip, even after the treatment course of any patient is over, he is there and he will be there available to give you the prompt response from wherever he is and from whatever circumstances he may have got trapped in.

When we approached him for the first time in the department of PHO, he did explain all the nuances and procedures related to the sickness of osteo sarcoma and its treatment to the maximum simplest way and to the maximum comfort level and digestibility of the patients and people with the patients. 

Half the treatment and half of the healing was starting and getting done the moment we saw Dr Vasudev Bhat and the way he presented everything to us then and there.

We were realizing what Dr Navneet told us about Dr vasudev Bhat was true. 

We were really experiencing in real terms, for no doubt to remain.

The moment we saw Dr Vasudev Bhat and interacted with him we could feel that we were in the right place, at the right time, with the right hands.

Because, the core and kernel matters. 

All other things are only covers and packets. 

The covers and packets are only to keep the kernel and core protected and intact and are only to maximum attract everyone to the core and the kernel.

For nothing else are the beautiful dresses called covers and packets.

Covers and packets are to be peeled off if you really want to taste and experience the core and kernel.

We were with the kernel and core when we could reach Dr Vasudev Bhat.

2. Dr. Emin Rahman.

For and on behalf of Dr Vasudev Bhat and also together with Dr Vasudev Bhat it was Dr Emin who received us for the first time in PHOPD.

Dr Emin, as the Turkish word Emin denotes to trustworthiness or honesty, was the first one for us to meet in the department of PHO and she was also the only one we didn't or we couldn't see/meet when we had to leave department of PHO after the completion of treatment course.

Together with Dr Vasudev Bhat, Dr Emin was also the one who explained to us every details and nuances regarding the Osteo sarcoma and the treatment protocol going to be taken/undergone.  

Dr Emin was basically hailing from Kerala, that too from nearby our own native place, gave us more of a home feeling, hence little more courage and confidence.

The way she presented was all the related issues were so convincing and soothing. All the explanations were very clear. Her guidance in the beginning has given us the courage and confidence in facing the hitherto unprecedented situation we were in. Her kerala background helped a lot especially for those others with us to communicate in their own language and get cleared of all doubts and convinced thereby.

3. Dr. Archana.

Wow...

As her name meaning she is an ode (to the whole). She herself is an adoration (archana).

How positive and accommodating she has been throughout. 

An embodiment of pleasance and positivity Dr Archana was through out.

Dr Archana has always been open with no formalities and with nothing to hide. 

Very much comforting and soothing she has always been. 

Always welcoming with very open smile, transparent stance as if there is no need for an hide and seek game and there is nothing to shy away with any doubts we may/might have.

She behaved and interacted with us as if she is a family member, giving suggestions even about tourist spots we can go with Allaam in and around Udupi and Manipal.

Very good in explanation, giving no space for any unexplained doubts. 

No doubts get uncleared in front of Dr Archana. 

Doubts just get disappeared as the dewdrops in sun. 

Everything becomes black and white and crystal clear in Dr Archana's presence and explanation.

4. Dr. Hareesh.

Very humble, simple. 

Hareesh, the name comes from Hari, Shiva. 

But unlike Shiva, Dr Harish never has kshipra kopa ( getting angry fast). Rather always smiling Dr Harish is, always cool.

Never seen or heard Dr Harish complicating anything. He was putting everything very simply in the simple most ways.

Simplicity can be given the name of Dr Hareesh. Very modest.

Less in talk much in walk Dr Harish too is. 

Presents any complicated matters in a very simplified way. 

Again Kerala connection of Dr Harish in his education also gave us a kind of belonging. 

Dr Hareesh was the one who came to my son rushing,  then and there, to counsel, convince and sooth my son when there happened a kind of misunderstanding and confusion about the courses of the treatment and it got prolonged to six cycles from the four cycles that we originally happened to take for some reasons. 

It was when there happened to be a change in the treatment/ chemotherapy course from what we originally thought it will be, Dr Harish came rushing to my son to convince him and sooth him in this regard.

From the beginning till the end of fourth cycle we were with an idea, or somehow we have happened to be thinking that the treatment course was only for four cycles. 

5. Dr. Swathi.

Always coming to the ward happy and making my son happy. 

As her name meaning she looked like pure goddess; blessed with knowledge, Sara-swathi.

Dr Swathi tried her best to put the things very simple and she alwrmade the things look very easy and simple.

Her sincerity towards the patient including my son was noticed when she really became angry towards me once, when she happened to see Allaam was having heavy fever near to 104, after the first chemotherapy of first cycle was given. 

That her anger and shouting was the proof of how serious and sincere she is and was. 

To the extent that she was asking me "you were always in touch with many of your concerns and questions. Then why were you not concerned about your son's fever and why didn't you take note of this fever and informed us of the same little earlier". 

The answer was there ready with me. 

But I didn't want to give her answer and I didn't give too. Rather I became and I wanted to be silent. Rather I was readily standing there to see how sincere and serious she was about my son and the fever of he had. That was more than the win I could get with any argument there.

(Because we were not advised in the beginning about the chance of getting fever and immunity breakdown after the first ever chemotherapy, and we were also not asked to keep a thermometer to always monitor the fever after the chemotherapy). 

We were with no prior experience too. Still I didn't want to give any answer at that point of time knowing that it was Dr Swathi's sincerity and serious concern making her to talk like that.

She always puts forward only the positive side of the treatment. 

Always smiling and making the patients infront of her too smiling she has been throughout.

6. Dr. Santhos.

Never we had to be in touch with Dr Santhosh for the treatment of our son. Still,  personally I have got much time to interact with Dr Santosh very openly. That much open and interesting he seemed to be.

7. Dr. Chaitra

The same way, never we had to contact Dr Chaitra too for the treatment of our son. Still could keep and maintain very good rapport.

8. Dr. Aditya and Dr. Roshan.

True family members and beyond that.

True to say, both were felt to be two brothers to my son and two sons to myself. 

Adithya as the sun, Indra and Roshan as the light were always there with us. 

Hope they will also be always there with us.

Very informally they made themselves available to us always, whenever possible. 

In a way theirs was a relationship stating that formalities are always only the burden of forms and dresses which will be thrown away if you really want to enjoy and experience the life and its nectar.

They gave all their maximum possible presence, the very comforting and soothing presence. 

Their visit to the ward/my son was more of friendly than very official, but never missing and sacrificing or risking their assigned works or seriousness in their assigned works. 

They were behaving and interacting with me and my son as the ones among us. 

They were ready to share anything with us. But all these things without compromising their work and their dedication and hardwork to the cause and core.

They were felt as windows opened for us to enable us to see the world beyond our confinements, especially whenever we have been narrowed down to be closed rooms. 

When we were down like earth they became the high skies for us to look up towards, the shining stars of hopes and lights.

There were no subjects we couldn't discuss with them. 

There were no joke we couldn't crack with them. 

It was actually like breathing into each other, enabling each other live so sportingly and supportingly...

We wish for both of them best of their career and life ahead...

9. PG Doctors 

All the PG doctors were so nice to deal with. Dr. Rahul interacted with us not only as a doctor but as a good friend too. Dr Pratheeth were so touching with his dedication and approach, always ready to explain in detail. Dr. Ann, Dr Spandana and Dr Ashwini were also approaching us in a very dedicated and cordial way.

Part 2: Department of pho, KMC Manipal.

With no prior knowledge about or with no prior experience in Manipal or KMC we came to department of PHO in KMC, Manipal. 

Life is such. Life brings itself in the names and forms of all of us in from the unknown. That too without giving clear cut idea or knowledge to any of the living one as what and for what it is and it takes all of us away, all the same living ones, to the world unknown.

We came here in the department of PHO for the treatment with the mindset of not to return until and unless the treatment is over.

Means, we came here as if we came for a do or die.

We knew, from the very beginning, and the same thing we know even now, that the result of the treatment in any case of this much gravity and nature could be positive or negative. 

Result, whatever be, didn't matter. We came here for the process or direction that is right, with right intention and with all the right, possible and available knowledge. 

Result matters only if the process or direction taken is wrong. Result matters only if the intention and available knowledge are wrong.

If the processes and actions are right in right time, right place and with right hands, then no need to blame any and no need to regret about the result, whatever it be.

Then, only thing is to be positive. The positivity of giving appreciation and acknowledgement of the same. 

The positivity of giving appreciation and acknowledgement is what all our day to day praises and worships are and have to be. 

The positivity of giving appreciation and acknowledgement is what even the meaning and purpose of all our praises and worships are and have to be.

Then, what if the result is negative even?

Even if the result is negative, an acknowledgement should be given for the sincere efforts given in right time and right place by the right hands. That too should be, and should be the meaning and purpose of, all our praises and worships.

Sheer helplessness, ignorance and inability thereby, brings in the blame game.

Hence, only to do what is needed to be done and no need to put blame on any one or anything especially if the effort given is with their hundred percent sincerity together with hundred percent dedication, care and attention in the light of hundred percent clear cut knowledge.

What do we need to look at is whether hundred percent sincere effort in right direction in the light of right knowledge and clear cut undestanding was given never giving any chance for later on regret feel and thought of "ifs and perhaps".

The thought process of " ifs and perhaps" is the thought process of helpless and weak. The thought process of ignorance and irresponsibility.

True to say, what has happened here in the department of PHO, KMC Manipal from the very beginning till the end, was with nothing to complain about. With no space for, and for no helpless and weak thoughts of, ifs and perhaps.

The treatment with hundred percent clarity and precision, with hundred percent dedication and effort, being alert in the whole 360 degrees.

This, we could feel from the very moment we did move to department of PHO for the very first time, especially from its leader Dr Vasudev Bhat.

This was evident even when we got stuck in Manipal road traffic due to some political parties' demonstration.

Dr Vasudev Bhat was/is there everywhere with us to help, support and guide on our way to KMC through and till the end of the treatment and afterwards.

Even when we got trapped in traffic, Dr Vasudev Bhat was there ready to guide us on the ground, to the extent, by being ready to talk to the traffic police personnel to give us easy clearance to move fast forward.

And after reaching after getting admitted in KMC, Manipal too, his support was there too much even in getting flat for us stay in.

Here things were in such a way that nothing in return were expected. No rewards and no thanks. Working to the maximum satisfaction of patients and bystanders with them...

Part 1: Department of PHO, KMC, Manipal.

Is there any proper definition for good and bad, right and wrong?

No.

Your real need decides wrong and right. 

All needs are not real. Hence all those you think as good and bad will not be good and bad as such.

Anything genuinely needed is good and right and anything genuinely not needed is bad and wrong.

Anything that comes in right time and right place is good and right, and anything that comes in wrong time and wrong place is bad and wrong. 

Sometimes even the honey or medicine or food given in wrong time and wrong place can be bad and wrong.

Here comes our department of PHO in KMC Manipal with less of claims and, perfectly and sufficiently more of flames as a right choice when you are really in need. 

A department of PHO: 

With less of words and more of works.

With less of talks, more of walks in real terms.

With no formalities at the cost of real spirituality.

That is the department of PHO in KMC Manipal we could feel and experience. 

Things work here in this department of PHO as if it is in a perfect automated system.

The above is the least way in the least words we can describe about the department of PHO.

It was our true luck, true to say our true luck, that we could reach here in this department of PHO for the treatment of our seventeen year old son after being diagnosed with osteo sarcoma. 

Success or failure doesn't matter: the attitude and approach, sincerity and dedication with clear cut knowledge and plans only matters.

Life is not about what you get. Life is about what do you take from and how do you take what you got.

How do you take and what do you take from decides what a thing you have got is. 

A flower can be made into mud and the mud can be made into flower. 

The things are the way you take and in the  way and direction you turn to.

Initially, with all our deeply in-felt shockwaves when we knew our son has cancer called osteo sarcoma, we went to Aster MIMS, at Calicut in Kerala, and were almost going to decide to go with the treatment therein.

We were also having in our mind many other options, like Proton (Apollo) in Chennai, JIPMER in Pondicherry, Regional Cancer Center (RCC) in Trivandrum, MVR Cancer Center in Calicut and Malabar Cancer Centre (MCC ) very near to our native place.

It was then, when we were at Aster MIMS in Calicut to get the first ever opinion as to what to do and as to how and in which direction we need to move, we got an advise/call from a doctor friend in Manglore, advising us very emphatically that "don't allow anyone to touch your son, directly come to Manglore. Anyone who happens to do biopsy is better advised to do surgery for him too".

It was indirectly an advise/call to us saying to go to Dr Navneeth S Kamat in Manglore.

It was also a call to say that the biopsy shouldn't be done by anyone else, rather should be done only by Dr Navneet S Kamat, the best choice one can have in orthopedic oncological surgery, one of the best orthopaedic oncology surgeon almost in the whole state of Karnataka, even in south India.

Hearing this advice, we didn't hesitate or delay further, even the least. That much courage and confidence was there in such an advise/call, and that much courage and confidence was instilled in us by such a call/advise.

Dropping all our idea to do biopsy and treatment from Aster MIMS in Calicut, and setting aside all our options to do the treatment anywhere else, we returned from Aster MIMS, Calicut and the very next day we did set out for Manglore to meet Dr Navneet S Kamat, with MRI report we have already got in our hands.

Just seeing and hearing from Dr Navneeth became half the healing. 

We got the complete undestanding as to what is what. 

Also, as a doctor of great humility, maturity and wisdom, he instilled in us the courage and confidence of clear cut understanding required in this very critical time 

Dr Navneet, without needing to wait further and without needing to give an appointment to any other date, did the biopsy then and there and did send the same for the test to KMC, Manipal.

It was through Dr Navneet S Kamat we came to know about Dr. Vasudev Bhat and his department of PHO in KMC, Manipal. 

True to say we were getting another window to see an another sky.

If I put it in Dr Navneeth's own words, while he was suggesting / referring us to Dr Vasudev Bhat, those words were like this : 

"I would myself opt and go to (or suggest ) Dr Vasudev Bhat for chemotherapy even if the patient is my own son".

Again he said:

"The beautiful and luxurious structure of a hospital building will not help in the quality of the treatment. 

"The beautiful and luxurious structure will help only to increase your bill. 

"For the chemotherapy treatment, I would suggest you to go to Dr Vasudev Bhat, PHOPD, KMC Manipal, as the best available anywhere in India".

Dr Navneet did put his words in a very simple and humble way with great clarity and confidence for no further doubts for us.

Those were and are the words echoing in my ears throughout and even now, and even when we have reached almost at the end of our planned journey/treatment/chemotherapy. 

And those were the words that gave us the real confidence and courage.

With the courage and confidence instilled in us by Dr Navneet, and by getting the biopsy result within two days which was mostly unlikely, we did set out for PHOPD, KMC Manipal for the first time. 

That was on Friday, 28 July 2023.

അസൂയയും അസൂയ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഉപദ്രവങ്ങളും എന്താണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ സമകാലീന ഇന്ത്യൻ രാഷ്ട്രീയം മാത്രം മനസ്സിലാക്കിയാൽ മതി.

ഇവിടത്തെ മുഖ്യ രാഷ്ടീയപാർട്ടിയുടെ മുഖ്യആയുധം എന്താണ്? 

അധികാരത്തിൽ വരാനും അധികാരം നിലനിർത്താനും അവർ കണ്ടെത്തിയ, അവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വിജയിച്ച, ഇപ്പോഴും വിജയിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന മുഖ്യ ആയുധം എന്താണ്?

ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നടപ്പാക്കിയെടുത്ത അസൂയയും അതുണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഉപദ്രവവും മാത്രം മതി മേൽ സൂക്തത്തിൻ്റെ ഉദ്ദേശവും അർത്ഥവും ആഴവും പ്രായോഗിക രൂപവും മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ?

സമൂഹത്തിൽ ഇതര സമൂഹത്തോടുള്ള അസൂയയും വെറുപ്പും ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഒരു കുറേ അക്രമകാരികളായ അസൂയാലുക്കളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി, അവരെക്കൊണ്ട് ഒരു കുറേ ഉപദ്രവങ്ങളും ആക്രമണങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി അധികാരം നേടുക, അധികാരം നിലനിർത്തുക.

അധികാരത്തിലേക്ക് വരാനും അധികാരം നിലനിർത്താനും അവർ കണ്ട വഴിയും രീതിയും അസൂയയും വെറുപ്പും ഉണ്ടാക്കുക, അസൂയയും വെറുപ്പും ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കുറേ കളവുകൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുക എന്നത് മാത്രം.

വഴിയിലവിടെയുമിവിടെയും അലസമായി കിടക്കും. 

അറിയാതെ വഴിപോക്കനൊന്ന് ചവിട്ടിപ്പോയാൽ, അവസരംപാത്തെന്ന പോലെ മുഴുവൻ വിഷവും ചേർത്ത് ആക്രമിക്കും.

ജീവിക്കുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും കുടുങ്ങിത്തന്നെ. 

ജീവിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കെ ആരും മോക്ഷമില്ലാതെ തന്നെ.

ആത്മാവ് ഉണ്ടാവട്ടെ ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കട്ടെ...

ആദ്യമേ ഉള്ളതും ബാക്കിയാവുന്നതും എന്തോ അത് ഉൺമയായാലും ഇല്ലായ്മയായാലും അതുണ്ടല്ലോ. അതാണ് ഉള്ളത്. അതിൽ നിന്നാണ് എല്ലാം.

ആ ഉള്ളതിനെയും ഇല്ലാത്തതിനെയും നിർവ്വചിക്കാൻ ആളല്ല.

ഞാനും നീയും ബാക്കിയാവുന്നില്ല. ഞാനും നീയും ഇല്ലാതായാലും ബാക്കിയാവുന്നത് ആത്മാവ്. പദാർത്ഥമെന്നും ഊർജമെന്നും വിളിച്ചാൽ ആത്മാവ്.

ഉള്ളതെന്തോ, ബാക്കിയാവുന്ന മുഴുവനും തന്നെ, ആത്മാവ്.

ഇല്ലാത്തതെന്തോ, ബാക്കിയാവുന്ന മുഴുവനും തന്നെ, ആത്മാവ്.

അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഉള്ള, ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആത്മാവ് ഞാനും നീയുമല്ല.

ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഉള്ള, ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആത്മാവിന് ഞാൻ നീ ഇല്ല.

ആരും ജനിക്കുന്നത് ആദ്യമേ ഉള്ള, ആദ്യമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു ഞാനുമായല്ല,

ആ ഉള്ളതിനെയും ഇല്ലാത്തതിനെയും നിർവ്വചിക്കാൻ ആളല്ല.

മോക്ഷം വേണ്ടത് തലച്ചോറില്‍ നിന്ന്. 

നാം നേടുന്ന അറിവ് മോക്ഷത്തെ സഹായിക്കാനല്ല; പകരം ജീവിതത്തെ സഹായിക്കാന്‍ മാത്രം. 

അറിവ് ഏറെക്കുറെ അതിജീവനത്തിനായ് ഉണ്ടായത്.
